3) Photos, images, and face-related information

Doorin may allow you to upload photos/images for styling recommendations. We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or use biometric identifiers or biometric templates.

• One-time processing: used only to generate the requested output
• Deletion after processing: deleted promptly after processing completes
• Default storage: we do not store uploaded images on our servers after processing
• No training or marketing: not used to train models and not used for marketing

4) AI-related processing (text and images)

Doorin is an AI chat app designed as a personal fashion advisor for women. Through conversation, Doorin provides personalized style advice tailored to different body types, temperaments, and occasions. From daily outfits and shopping guidance to workplace styling and event dressing, Doorin helps women make confident and suitable fashion choices.

If you choose to submit text or upload images to receive AI-generated outputs:

• Processing location: processed on our own servers
• No sharing with third parties: we do not share submitted text/images or AI outputs with any third party
• Deletion after processing: deleted promptly after processing is completed
• User control: you decide whether to upload content and generate outputs

5) How we use information

• Provide and maintain the Services (including account creation and login)
• Personalize your experience and provide tailored recommendations
• Improve the App, develop features, and fix bugs
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect rights and users
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms

6) How we disclose information

We may disclose information only to the minimum extent necessary:

• With your consent
• Service providers (processors) under contractual obligations (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, analytics, crash diagnostics, support tooling)
• Legal obligations and enforceable requests
• Protection of rights and safety, including fraud and abuse prevention

We do not sell personal information.

11) Children and age limit

Doorin is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other appropriate means. The Effective Date above indicates when this policy was last updated.

13) Governing law and dispute resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
